When booking a treatment with us you, the customer, are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply to all offers, treatments, and transactions between Nail’d It Beauty Spa and you, the customer. Any exceptions to these conditions must be agreed to by both parties, by prior arrangement and in writing.
Appointments
Walk-ins are accepted where available. Appointments can be made via our website and social media accounts.
We kindly ask that you arrive with an idea of what you would like, and between 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to select/decide on colours and designs.
Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit with be credited to your account with Nail’d It Beauty Spa.
Cancellations, rescheduling & no-show
We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
If you reschedule within the 24 hours notice period, you will be charged the following fee :
- 50% of your deposit
If you cancel within to the 24 hours notice period or are a no show you will be charged the following fee:
- 100% of your desposit
Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before the appointment time, will be processed without a penalty fee.
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in special circumstances and/or in case of an emergency.
Please call us for ALL cancellations as soon as you are aware a change is required.
Service
Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or if you are pregnant, physical disorders, prescription medication or recreational drug use We are not responsible for damage caused by products if prior information about your condition has not been provided to our staff.
If you come to appointment but have a change in mind about the treatment you had booked for, we can refuse your request. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we require your appointment to be rescheduled, the rescheduling fee of 50% will apply.
If our staff has less time due to your lateness then we might be required to undertake a different service that takes less time. However, you will still be charged at your original service rate booked. To guarantee quality for each service, we will not compromise quality due to limited time.
If a customer chooses to have less treatments than what they booked, we will charge 30% of the service fee for the treatment not undertaken. For example, if you, the customer, booked for nails and lashes treatments but you then change your mind and only want nail treatment done, you will need to pay 30% of the lashes service. If you wish to change your treatment options, please at least 24 hours prior to original appoinment made.
Liability
While we strive to provide safe treatments, ensuring high quality hygiene standards and use of top quality products, Nail’d It Beauty Spa is not liable for damages of any kind caused by treatments where the client has not provided correct information related to their allergies, relevant physical disorders, prescription medication or recreational drug use. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the customer brings into the shop.
Warranty
Nail’d It Beauty Spa gives clients one week (7 days) guarantee on the nail treatments. This warranty is void if:
– The client has the (artificial) nails serviced by another nail shop.
– The client works with harsh chemicals and does not use gloves.
– The client engaged in sports that require active hand usage ie. bouldering, boxing, etc.
– The client has bitten or intentiionally bitten or damaged their artificial nails.
– The client used products other than those recommended by the technician for the maintenance of the (artificial) nails.
– The client has not followed the advice from the technician for the after care.
– The client neglects the advice to seek medical help.
– The client did not use the products according to the instructions.
Complaint & refund policy
If the customer has a complaint about the treatment or product, it must be reported as soon as possible but within 3 working days (72 hours) after having noticed the issue. This must be put in writing (via email or social media). Nail’d It Beauty Spa must give the complainant adequate response within 3 working days of receiving the complaint. If a complaint is justified, then we will fix the issue; or the client will receive a credit for future appointments. No cash refund will be issued.
Any concerns raised after 72 hours of the treatment might not be subject to a free-of-charge fix.
Code of conduct
We ask that clients treat our staff with patience and kindness. If a client is rude or exhibits violent behaviors towards our staff, Nail’d It Beauty Spa has the right to refuse serving the client in the future.
Gift vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for purcshase and can be redeemed on any product or service at Nail’d It Beauty Spa. These are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Child policy
Minimum age for service is 3 years old, minimum age for nail extension is 14 years old.
To ensure you get the most out of your time with us, and in consideration of other clients we respectfully request that you make arrangements for your children to be cared for while you are with us.
Credit cards
Credit card information is required to make a deposit and reserve bookings . If consented, your credit card information is saved to file for any future transactions associated with your account.
